All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receiving advance payment.
Upon booking, a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with trip details will be shared.
You must provide accurate personal and contact details during booking.
We accept manual payments such as UPI, bank transfers, or cash (in specific cases).
Full payment must be made before the travel date unless otherwise agreed.
Advance payments are non-transferable.
Cancellation must be made through email or phone call.
Refunds are processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy (refer to the dedicated page for full details).
Processing fees may apply on refunds, depending on the payment method and bank charges.
Itineraries may be subject to change due to weather, local conditions, or other unavoidable reasons.
We reserve the right to alter or cancel part of the trip in the interest of safety or logistics without prior notice.
In such cases, we may offer alternative arrangements or partial credits where applicable.
Guests must carry valid government-issued photo ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, etc.).
If permits are required (e.g., forest entry), all necessary documents must be provided in advance.
Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements prior to the trip.
Guests are responsible for their own personal health and safety during the tour.
We maintain safety measures, but travel to remote or forest areas may involve risks.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the tour.
Any damage to property or behavior that causes inconvenience to others may lead to removal from the trip without a refund.
Littering or harming wildlife is strictly prohibited.
Sundarban Delta Tourism is not liable for any loss, damage, accident, injury, delay, or irregularity during the tour caused by third-party services or natural events.
Participation in our tours is at your own risk.
