We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to make the cancellation and refund process as clear and fair as possible. Please read the following policy carefully before booking with Sundarban Delta Tourism.

1. Cancellation Process

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us via email or phone call. The date of communication will be considered the official cancellation date.

2. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges are based on the number of days remaining before your travel date:

• Less than 10 days before the travel date:
  🔹 100% of the package cost will be charged as cancellation fees (No refund).

• 10 to 20 days before the travel date:
  🔹 25% refund on your advance payment.

• 21 to 45 days before the travel date:
  🔹 50% refund on your advance payment.

• More than 45 days before the travel date:
  🔹 Full refund of your advance payment (excluding any applicable processing fees).

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via bank transfer (as applicable). Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect after confirmation.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations on the day of the tour.

• Cancellation due to force majeure (natural calamities, strikes, or lockdowns) — in such cases, alternate dates or credits may be offered.

• Services missed or unused by the client (such as meals, transport, or sightseeing).

5. Modification or Rescheduling

We allow date changes or rescheduling based on availability. Requests must be made at least 7 days in advance, and any difference in fare or rescheduling fee will be communicated before confirming the new booking.

6. Processing Fees

In the case of refunds for bookings made more than 45 days in advance, a small processing fee (bank or transaction charges) may be deducted.
